Art of Strength includes training methods, equipment and programs that have been proven to work across a wide spectrum of users, including elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, first responders, adolescents, and anyone looking to get more out of life.

How do we do this? We use equipment and training methods that predates standard equipment and

 

technology. So what do we use? Balls, ropes, logs, sand bags, kettlebells, vintage dumbbells, boxes.

The old-school methods that are used are in fact superior to the methods of modern  equipment.  Why Art of Strength? Everyone can benefit from Art of Strength training. It is a timeless fitness model that any person can challenge themselves to; from the  Tennessee  Titans to a client just starting a new fitness program.
